What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys FDD, franchisees are required to complete a questionnaire prior to the final execution of a Franchise Agreement. This questionnaire serves as confirmation that FSC FRANCHISE CO., LLC, its employees, and representatives have complied with all applicable franchise registration and disclosure laws relating to the purchase of the franchise. The questionnaire is included as Exhibit K to the Disclosure Document.
The questionnaire includes several questions to be answered by the franchisee. These questions cover topics such as whether the franchisee received a Franchise Disclosure Document, the date it was received, and whether the franchisee discussed the benefits and risks of operating a Beef O Bradys Family Sports Pub with an advisor. The questionnaire also asks franchisees to list all Beef O Bradys locations they visited during their research.
By signing the Franchise Questionnaire, the franchisee confirms the truthfulness and completeness of their responses. They also acknowledge and agree that in the event of any dispute arising between themselves and FSC, the questionnaire can be used as evidence in any legal action or arbitration proceeding.
