What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $25,000. The fee is payable in two installments. The first 50% of the franchise fee is due upon signing the franchise agreement.
The remaining 50% of the initial franchise fee is due when the franchisee signs their lease or six weeks prior to opening their Beef O Bradys Family Sports Pub, whichever occurs first.
