What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys FDD, the franchise provides 8 hours of classroom training for Food Safety Certification, but no on-the-job training. This training takes place at the Home Office.

In addition to Food Safety Certification, Beef O Bradys offers a comprehensive Beef's Operator Training Program. This program includes various subjects such as Grill Station, Expediter Station, Kitchen–Administrative/Back of the House Manager, Front of the House Operation – Dining Room – Server/Host/Bar, Computer System POS/RTI, Front of the House – Administration/Front of the House Manager, Accounting RTI/ P&L, Advertising & Promotion, Sanitation and Safety, Overview of Restaurant management, New Store Opening and Preparation, Responsible Alcohol Service and Sales, Staffing, and Supply Chain Management. These training sessions combine classroom instruction with on-the-job training at either a Certified Training Location or the Home Office.

Prospective franchisees should note that while Beef O Bradys provides training in Food Safety Certification, it is solely classroom-based. Franchisees will need to ensure their staff gains practical experience in food safety through other means. Additionally, some states and municipalities may require separate training in sanitation and safety laws, so franchisees should check their local laws to ensure compliance.
