pay and our ability to collect the Royalties, Marketing Contributions or other amounts based on Adjusted Gross Sales derived from the sale of alcoholic beverages at the Family Sports Pub (an "Alcohol Restriction Law"), then you will be required to pay whatever increased percentages of all Adjusted Gross Sales not deriving from the sale of alcohol are necessary so that the Royalties, Marketing Contributions or other amounts you pay equals the Royalties, Marketing Contributions or other amounts you would pay if you were not subject to an Alcohol Restriction Law.
- 6.14 Health Inspection Violation Fee. In the event you receive a health inspection violation, then in addition to our other rights and remedies under this Agreement, you will be required to pay us a fee of $10,000.
7. TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE.
7.1 Training. Approximately three to four months prior to the opening of your Family Sports Pub, your primary operating partner (the "Operating Partner") and your designated manager who is responsible for the day to day operation of the Family Sports Pub (the "Operating Manager") (collectively, the "Two Designated Operators") must attend and complete the initial 3-week training program ("Beef's Operator Training Program") to our satisfaction and successfully pass the training certificate process (the "Training Certificate") conducted at certified training locations we designate, which currently include locations near Tampa, Florida (each a "Certified Training Location"). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial 3-week training program is called "Beef's Operator Training Program". This program is mandatory for the primary operating partner and the designated manager, collectively known as the "Two Designated Operators".
Beef O Bradys also offers the Beef's Operator Training Program to a third individual at the franchisee's option. The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, wages, and living expenses for the Two Designated Operators and any optional third trainee during the training. If the franchisee wants more than three individuals to attend the training, Beef O Bradys charges a fee of $1,000 per additional trainee, on top of the trainee's travel, wages, and living expenses.
The Beef's Operator Training Program takes place approximately three to four months before the Family Sports Pub opens. The training is conducted at certified training locations designated by Beef O Bradys, which currently include locations near Tampa, Florida. Completing all training requirements is a condition for opening the Family Sports Pub. Additionally, the Two Designated Operators must attend a 1-day Pre-Opening Visit conducted by Beef O Bradys or their designee.
