Our direct parent company is FSC Franchise Holdings LLC ("Holdco"), a Delaware limited liability company formed on July 7, 2007. Holdco's principal business address is 5660 W. Cypress Street, Suite A, Tampa, Florida 33607. Holdco was previously owned by a fund controlled by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity firm whose principal business address is 335 North Maple Drive, Suite 130, Beverly Hills, California.
Pursuant to an Equity Purchase Agreement entered into on June 28, 2017, the equity interests in and ownership of Holdco and its subsidiaries (including us and our affiliate Brass Tap Franchisor, LLC) were transferred to holding companies controlled by CapitalSpring (collectively, "CapitalSpring"), a private investment firm whose principal business address is 3100 West End Ave Suite 940, Nashville, TN 37203. Accordingly, as of June 28, 2017, CapitalSpring is our ultimate parent company. CapitalSpring does not sell franchises in this or any other lines of business, nor has it ever operated a Family Sports Pub.
