What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $25,000. The method of payment is in two lump sums, payable to "Us", which refers to the franchisor.
The first 50% of the franchise fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon the earlier of two events: either the signing of the lease for the Family Sports Pub, or 30 days before the groundbreaking for the Family Sports Pub.
Prospective franchisees should note that all fees paid to Beef O Bradys are fully earned and non-refundable. This means that once the franchise agreement is signed and the initial payment is made, the franchisee will not receive a refund of the franchise fee under any circumstances, even if they do not proceed with opening a Beef O Bradys location.
