What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $25,000. This fee is payable in two installments. The first 50% of the fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon the earlier of either signing the lease for the Family Sports Pub or 30 days before the groundbreaking for the Family Sports Pub.

This payment schedule means a prospective Beef O Bradys franchisee needs to have half of the franchise fee readily available when committing to the agreement. The remaining balance will be due as the location preparation progresses, either when securing the property lease or a month before construction begins. This arrangement allows franchisees to spread out the initial investment over a short period.

It is important to note that all fees paid to Beef O Bradys are fully earned and non-refundable. Therefore, a franchisee should be certain of their location and ability to proceed before making these payments. This non-refundable policy is a standard practice in franchising, intended to compensate the franchisor for their initial efforts and expenses in setting up the franchise.
