What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $25,000. The method of payment is in two lump sums.
The first 50% of the $25,000 franchise fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon whichever comes first: the signing of the lease for the Family Sports Pub or 30 days before the groundbreaking for the Family Sports Pub.
Prospective Beef O Bradys franchisees should note that all fees paid to Beef O Bradys are fully earned and non-refundable.
