What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's copy of the manuals is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, the franchisee must obtain a replacement copy. The cost for a replacement ranges from $75 to $350, plus shipping.
However, if Beef O Bradys has made the manuals accessible online, the franchisee may use the online manuals instead of purchasing another printed copy. The FDD specifies that any online manuals are considered confidential information.
Franchisees must keep their copy of the manuals current and in a secure location at their Family Sports Pub. In the event of a dispute, the master copy of the manuals maintained at Beef O Bradys's principal office will be controlling. If online manuals are available, the most recent online version will control any disputes between the online version and printed copies. Franchisees are prohibited from copying, duplicating, recording, or otherwise reproducing any part of the manuals.
