What are the full-time effort obligations for a Beef O Bradys franchisee or their Operating Partner(s)?

Contemporaneously with the signing of the Franchise Agreement, each of your direct or indirect Owners must sign and deliver to us a Principal Owner's Guaranty in the form attached to the Franchise Agreement.
6. MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS.
- 6.1 Management. You (or, if you are a Business Entity a person having management rights and powers (e.g., officers, managers, partners, etc.) (the "Operating Partner(s)") agree to:
- (a) Full Time Efforts. Exert full-time efforts to the fulfillment of your obligations;
- (b) Supervision. Supervise the development and operation of Family Sports Pubs franchised pursuant to this Agreement;
- (c) Training. Attend such training programs, meetings and conventions which we may offer during the term of this Agreement; and
(d) Expenses. Pay and bear all expenses incurred by you or your Operating Partner(s) in attending such meetings, programs or conventions.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys FDD, if you are a franchisee or a business entity, your Operating Partner(s) must exert full-time efforts to fulfill their obligations under the Franchise Agreement. These obligations include supervising the development and operation of the franchised Family Sports Pubs.
Additionally, the franchisee or their Operating Partner(s) are required to attend training programs, meetings, and conventions offered by Beef O Bradys during the term of the agreement. The franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred while attending these events.
This full-time commitment ensures that the franchisee or their Operating Partner(s) are actively involved in managing and growing the Beef O Bradys business, adhering to brand standards, and staying updated with the latest operational practices and training provided by the franchisor.
