What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to keep their copy of the manuals current. The manuals are accessible online via computer systems or other electronic formats such as the Internet, Intranet, CD-ROM, Websites or e-mail. Franchisees must comply with all updates and amendments to the Beef O Bradys system as described in newsletters or notices distributed, including via computer systems like the internet, CD, or other media selected by Beef O Bradys. Any form of the manuals accessible online is considered confidential information. Franchisees must maintain the manuals as confidential and keep the information secret.

The Beef O Bradys manuals may be modified, updated, and revised in written or electronic format to reflect changes in system standards. Franchisees agree to keep their copy of the manuals current and in a secure location at the Family Sports Pub. In case of a dispute, the master copy of the manuals maintained at Beef O Bradys's principal office will be controlling. However, if online manuals are used, the most recent online manuals will control any disputes between the online version and printed copies.

Franchisees are not allowed to copy, duplicate, record, or reproduce any part of the manuals. If a franchisee's copy of the manuals is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, they must obtain a replacement copy at the then-applicable charge, which currently ranges from $75 to $350, plus shipping, unless online manuals are accessible, in which case they may use the online manuals instead of purchasing printed manuals. This ensures that franchisees have access to the most up-to-date information necessary to operate their Beef O Bradys franchise according to the brand's standards.
