What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise fee is $25,000. The payment terms are structured in two installments. The first payment, amounting to 50% of the total franchise fee, is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
The remaining 50% is due upon the earlier of two conditions: either when the lease is signed for the Family Sports Pub location, or 30 days before the groundbreaking for the Family Sports Pub. This means a prospective franchisee needs to be prepared to make these payments as they progress through the initial stages of securing their location and preparing for construction.
It is important to note that all fees paid to Beef O Bradys are fully earned and non-refundable. This is a standard practice in franchising, but it underscores the importance of thorough due diligence before signing the Franchise Agreement and remitting any payments. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their financial situation and the suitability of the Beef O Bradys franchise opportunity before committing to these non-refundable fees.
