If the Family Sports Pub you are opening under this Agreement is your first Family Sports Pub, we, or our designee, will provide supervision and assistance prior to the opening of your Family Sports Pub and immediately following the opening date of your Family Sports Pub (the "Opening On-Site Assistance").
We, or our designee, will provide up to 4 trainers for a total of 5 days during the week prior to your Family Sports Pub opening ("Training Week") and 4 trainers for a total of 6 days during the week your Family Sports Pub opens ("Opening Week").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are opening your first Family Sports Pub, Beef O Bradys will provide up to 4 trainers for a total of 5 days during the week prior to your opening, referred to as the "Training Week".
This on-site assistance is designed to help new franchisees get their restaurant up and running smoothly. However, if you request additional training support during the Opening On-Site Assistance, the fee is $250 per day per trainer, and you are responsible for all travel, wage, and lodging expenses for the additional trainers.
