Are the fees paid to Beef O Bradys refundable?

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees paid to the company are fully earned and non-refundable. The Development Fee ranges from $21,000 to $31,500, depending on the number of pubs to be opened.
