What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all fees paid to the company are fully earned and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, the initial franchise fee of $25,000. This fee is paid in two installments: 50% upon signing the Franchise Agreement and the remaining 50% upon the earlier of signing the lease or 30 days before groundbreaking.

Additionally, if a franchisee enters into an Area Development Agreement for developing at least two Family Sports Pubs, the Development Fee paid upon signing the agreement is fully earned when paid and is not refundable under any circumstances. The Development Fee ranges from $21,000 to $31,500, depending on the number of pubs to be opened.

This non-refundable policy is a standard practice in franchising, as these fees are generally used to cover the franchisor's initial expenses in setting up the franchise and providing initial training and support. Prospective Beef O Bradys franchisees should carefully consider this policy and ensure they are fully committed before paying any fees to Beef O Bradys.
