What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a monthly IT fee of $250. This fee covers a Meraki Router with firewall software, network management service, email, and Toast Level 1 support.
In addition to the monthly IT fee, franchisees are required to purchase access points from Beef O Bradys, which currently cost $200 per access point. Franchisees must also purchase a 24-point network switch, which currently costs $400.
Beef O Bradys also mandates the use of a specific Computer System, including software, that meets their System Standards. The estimated cost for purchasing the Computer System ranges from $13,000 to $15,600. The monthly maintenance, support, and upgrades for the Toast point of sale system and network management currently costs $255-$400 per month.
