Answer from 2025 FDD Document

For those who desire to operate multiple Family Sports Pubs, we offer an area development franchise program, under which you will: (i) obtain the right to develop a specified minimum number of Family Sports Pubs (the "Minimum Development Quota") within a defined geographic area (a "Development Area") over a specified period of time (the "Development Schedule"), and (ii) sign an Area Development Agreement committing yourself to developing multiple Family Sports Pubs (in an amount necessary to satisfy the Minimum Development Quota in accordance with the Development Schedule) under our then-current form of Franchise Agreement, which may have materially different terms than the Franchise Agreement included in this offering (see the Area Development Agreement in Exhibit G).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the area development franchise program involves a 'Development Schedule'. This schedule specifies the period during which the franchisee must develop a minimum number of Family Sports Pubs, known as the 'Minimum Development Quota', within a defined geographic area referred to as a 'Development Area'.

For prospective franchisees considering an area development agreement with Beef O Bradys, understanding the Development Schedule is crucial. It dictates the pace at which they are required to open new locations within their designated territory. Failing to meet the Minimum Development Quota within the Development Schedule could result in penalties or termination of the agreement.

It is important to note that the specific terms of the Franchise Agreement for these multiple Family Sports Pubs may differ materially from the standard Franchise Agreement included in the FDD. Therefore, potential area developers should carefully review the Area Development Agreement (Exhibit G) to fully understand their obligations and the franchisor's expectations regarding the development timeline and quota.
