What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay the franchise fee and all other outstanding amounts no less than 30 days before the Family Sports Pub opens. This requirement is one of several conditions that must be met before the franchisee can commence business operations.

In addition to paying all due fees, Beef O Bradys requires that the franchisee's Family Sports Pub be developed according to their specifications and standards, and that pre-opening training for the franchisee and their personnel is completed to Beef O Bradys's satisfaction. The operating partner and operating manager must also successfully pass the training certificate process. Furthermore, all pre-opening marketing requirements must be fulfilled, and all items on the pre-opening checklist, including inspections, licenses, completed construction, equipment installation, and product delivery, must be satisfactorily completed.

Beef O Bradys also requires franchisees to demonstrate that the conditions of Section 1.5(e) of the Franchise Agreement have been met, furnish copies of all required insurance policies, and provide signed counterparts of all required documents pertaining to the acquisition of the site. Compliance with these requirements ensures that the franchisee is fully prepared to meet Beef O Bradys's standards and legal obligations before opening the Family Sports Pub.
