What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's copy of the manuals is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, they must obtain a replacement copy from Beef O Bradys at the then-current charge. Currently, this replacement cost ranges from $75 to $350, plus shipping.
However, if Beef O Bradys has made the manuals accessible online, the franchisee can use the online manuals instead of purchasing a replacement printed copy. This provides a cost-saving alternative if the online version is sufficient for the franchisee's needs.
It is important to note that the franchisee cannot copy or reproduce any part of the manuals at any time. The manuals are considered confidential information, and the franchisee must keep them secure at the Family Sports Pub. In case of a dispute, the master copy of the manuals maintained by Beef O Bradys at their principal office will be controlling, unless online manuals are used, in which case the most recent online version will prevail.
