What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys FDD, a condition for opening a Family Sports Pub involves on-site assistance. Beef O Bradys, or their designee, will provide supervision and assistance by a member of their staff for 6 days prior to the opening and for 6 days after the opening of the Family Sports Pub.
However, if it is a franchisee's second or subsequent Beef O Bradys Family Sports Pub, the franchisor will provide a total of 5 days of Second and Subsequent Opening On-Site Assistance.
This on-site assistance helps ensure that new franchisees are properly trained and supported during the critical opening phase. For franchisees opening multiple locations, the reduced on-site assistance for subsequent openings may reflect an expectation that these franchisees have gained sufficient experience and expertise from their initial openings.
