Where are the certified training locations for Beef O Bradys currently located?

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the certified training locations are currently located near Tampa, Florida. The FDD also states that Beef O Bradys may open new training centers or close existing training centers at any time.

Prospective franchisees should note that the training program is three weeks long and must be completed by the operating partner and operating manager to Beef O Bradys's satisfaction to obtain a training certificate. The training program is conducted at certified training locations designated by Beef O Bradys. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during training for themselves and their trainees.

In addition to the initial training, Beef O Bradys may require the operating partner and operating manager to complete additional training if deemed necessary. Beef O Bradys also offers additional or refresher training at the franchisee's location or other designated locations for a fee of $250 per day per corporate trainer, plus expenses. Before opening, a corporate training team will also visit the franchisee's location to assist in staff training.

Several subjects are taught at the certified training locations and/or the home office. These subjects include grill station, expediter station, kitchen administrative, front of the house operation, computer system POS/RTI, front of the house administration, accounting P&L, advertising & promotion, sanitation and safety, overview of restaurant management, orientation, prep station, fry station, new store opening and preparation, responsible alcohol service and sales, staffing, and supply chain management.
