Beef O Bradys franchisees are prohibited from using alternative phrases such as "Family Sports Bar," "Family Sports Grill," or "Family Sports Restaurant" without obtaining prior written approval from the franchisor, which can be withheld at their discretion. Non-compliance with these signage rules constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement.
