What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys Franchise Disclosure Document, Beef O Bradys retains the right to revise the Confidential Operating Manual. As a franchisee, you must comply with all provisions, including any supplements or amendments that Beef O Bradys provides. It is your responsibility to keep your copy of the manual up-to-date, and the master copy held by Beef O Bradys will govern any disputes.

Beef O Bradys can make revisions from time to time, provided these revisions do not fundamentally alter the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement by implementing new or different requirements. This means that while Beef O Bradys can update operational procedures and standards, they cannot use manual revisions to change the core financial or legal obligations outlined in the Franchise Agreement.

This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, updated regulations, and improved operational methods. However, it's crucial for a prospective Beef O Bradys franchisee to understand the scope of these revisions and ensure that they do not impose unreasonable burdens or costs. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Beef O Bradys to understand the reasons behind any changes and how they will impact their business.
