What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bee Organized Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's use of digital media is subject to the franchisor's express written consent. Bee Organized may withhold this consent for any reason. The FDD states that franchisees do not have the right to use digital media without this explicit approval.
The Bee Organized Franchise Agreement emphasizes that the franchisor retains all rights regarding the marketing, sale, and distribution of approved services and products through digital media. Any digital media accounts associated with the franchised business or the Bee Organized system must be transferred to the franchisor upon demand. Franchisees must also sign an agreement assigning telephone numbers and digital media accounts to Bee Organized.
In practical terms, a prospective Bee Organized franchisee should understand that they have limited control over digital marketing and online presence. They must obtain written permission from Bee Organized for any digital media activities. This could impact their ability to independently promote their franchise or engage with customers online, as all digital efforts must align with the franchisor's standards and receive prior approval. This level of control is not uncommon in franchising, as franchisors seek to maintain brand consistency and manage online reputation across the entire system.
