The Franchise Agreement requires that you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, that your managing shareholder or partner be personally responsible for the daily management and supervision of the Franchised Business (the "Managing Owner"). We must approve your Managing Owner and your Managing Owner must dedicate his or her full time efforts to the management and operation of the Franchise. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a corporate entity, must be personally responsible for the daily management and supervision of the Bee Organized business. Bee Organized must approve the Managing Owner, who must dedicate their full-time efforts to managing and operating the franchise.

The Managing Owner must satisfactorily complete Bee Organized's initial training program. This training is held at their training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and takes place over approximately three days. The Managing Owner will also be required to complete virtual training. The initial training program includes manuals, live instruction, and handouts, and is conducted under the supervision of Bee Organized's Co-Founders and Chief Operating Officer.

In addition to completing the initial training, the Managing Owner must obtain all required licenses and permits necessary to operate a Bee Organized Business within their operating territory. These licenses and permits will vary depending on local, municipal, county, and state regulations. Furthermore, Bee Organized reserves the right to require the Managing Owner to attend a system-wide training program that they may establish, for no more than five days in any calendar year, with the franchisee responsible for all associated travel and lodging expenses.
