We license a system (the "System") for the operation of a Bee Organized business (each, a "Franchised Business" or "Bee Organized Business") that provides home and business organization services, life transition and moving assistance, and related concierge services (the "Approved Services and Products"). The System also features and requires, as designated by us, your exclusive use of certain home organization solutions, products, supplies, software and technology systems, warranties, equipment, vehicles, unforms, and materials that we designate (the "System Supplies"). The System is identified by the Bee Organized trademark and such other trademarks, logos, and tradedress that we may designate, modify or adopt from time to time and as same may or may not be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (collectively, the "Licensed Marks"). You must develop and operate your Bee Organized Business in conformity with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements that we designate in our confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals that we designate and as we may supplement and modify from time to time (collectively, the "Manuals"). From time to time, we may modify, add to or discontinue our designated Approved Services and Products, System Supplies, and/or our specifications, methods and procedures for the service, marketing and sale of Approved Services and Products. You may only offer and provide the Approved Services and Products on-site at client homes and client designated locations within your designated operating territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Bee Organized trademark identifies the Bee Organized system. The franchisor may also designate, modify, or adopt other trademarks, logos, and trade dress, which may or may not be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office; these are collectively referred to as the "Licensed Marks." Franchisees must operate their Bee Organized business in accordance with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements outlined in the confidential operations manual.
Bee Organized requires franchisees to exclusively use certain home organization solutions, products, supplies, software, technology systems, warranties, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, and materials designated by them, referred to as "System Supplies." Franchisees' right to use the Bee Organized system is limited to offering and providing approved services and products within their operating territory, using only the System Supplies, the Licensed Marks, and the specifications and requirements set forth in the manuals.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the brand name "Bee Organized" is a key identifier for the franchise system. However, franchisees must also be aware that Bee Organized may introduce or change other trademarks or logos over time. It is important to stay updated on any changes to the Licensed Marks and to ensure compliance with the franchisor's guidelines for using these marks. Franchisees should also be aware that they are required to use specific System Supplies and adhere to the guidelines in the operations manual to maintain consistency and quality across the Bee Organized franchise system.
