What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes a total of 48 hours of classroom training. This is broken down into three components: 20 hours for the Colony College Prep Course (CCPC) which is completed online, 18 hours for Colony College (CC) which is an in-person training program in Overland Park, Kansas, and 10 hours for the Pre Flight Program, also in Overland Park, Kansas.
In addition to the classroom training, Bee Organized also provides 6 hours of on-the-job training, which takes place in Overland Park, Kansas. The Colony College (CC) is an intense three-day in-person training program conducted by the Founders of Bee Organized and their support staff. This comprehensive program is designed to prepare new franchisees to run their own businesses.
Prospective franchisees should note that the initial training is mandatory for either the franchisee or the Managing Owner (if the franchisee is a corporation) and one management-level employee or Owner. This training must be completed no less than 45 days prior to the opening of the Bee Organized Business. The franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending the training.
