What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are several restrictions regarding the location of the Administrative Office. The Administrative Office is defined as the fixed location from which Bee Organized Businesses are established, operated, and managed.
The FDD states that the franchisee's Administrative Office must be located within the Operating Territory and must be approved by Bee Organized. Franchisees cannot relocate their Administrative Office outside of their Operating Territory. If a franchisee wishes to relocate within their Operating Territory to a suitable commercial facility, they must obtain prior written consent from Bee Organized, which will not be unreasonably withheld if the franchisee is in compliance with the franchise agreement and the new facility meets Bee Organized's current standards.
The document also specifies that the Administrative Office should not be accessible to the public or clients. Franchisees may designate their personal residence as the Administrative Office if permitted by local laws and regulations, which the franchisee must independently verify. Otherwise, the Administrative Office must be a commercial location within the Operating Territory. Franchisees must not lease, purchase, or acquire a proposed Administrative Office until Bee Organized has approved the location. Bee Organized will respond to the franchisee's request for approval within 30 days of receiving complete written information about the proposed office.
These location restrictions are typical in franchising to maintain brand consistency and ensure franchisees operate within designated territories. Prospective Bee Organized franchisees should carefully consider these requirements when selecting a location for their Administrative Office and be prepared to obtain franchisor approval.
