What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees generally have the authority to set their own prices for approved services and products. However, there is an exception for national, regional, and corporate accounts, where Bee Organized may negotiate pricing. While franchisees independently determine prices, Bee Organized may suggest pricing levels for consideration.

This means that while a franchisee has control over pricing for most of their customers, Bee Organized retains the right to negotiate prices for larger accounts. This could impact a franchisee's revenue if a significant portion of their business comes from these national or regional accounts. It is a fairly common practice in franchising to allow the franchisor to negotiate large, national accounts, as this leverages the brand's overall reach and buying power.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the potential impact of these negotiated rates on their profitability and how frequently Bee Organized engages in such negotiations. Understanding the proportion of revenue typically derived from these accounts and the degree to which Bee Organized's suggested pricing aligns with their own cost structure is crucial for assessing the financial viability of the franchise.
