What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is paid monthly as designated by Bee Organized. The fee will be debited automatically from the franchisee's bank account through ACH or other means designated by Bee Organized. The current monthly Technology Fee is $45 per user, but Bee Organized retains the right to increase this fee in the future, with a maximum of $500 per user per month.

Bee Organized requires franchisees to sign an ACH Authorization Form, which permits them to electronically debit the franchisee's designated bank account for payment of all fees payable to Bee Organized and/or its affiliates. Franchisees must deposit the Gross Sales of their Bee Organized Business into designated bank accounts that are subject to Bee Organized's ACH authorization.

In addition to the Technology Fee, Bee Organized franchisees are also responsible for other technology-related fees, such as the Business Management System fee, which is currently $189 per month plus $90 per user per month. Franchisees must also pay for QuickBooks and Mailchimp software, with fees ranging from $35 to $50 per month for QuickBooks and up to $680 per month for Mailchimp. These fees may increase if the designated vendors increase their license fees.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that Bee Organized has the right to modify the Technology Fee, up to a maximum of $500 per user per month. Franchisees should also be aware of the other technology-related fees and the potential for these fees to increase over time. Careful budgeting and financial planning are essential to ensure the franchisee can meet these ongoing expenses.
