What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bee Organized Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement includes several schedules. Schedule 1 pertains to the Operating Territory Acknowledgment, defining the franchisee's operating territory. If Schedule 1 is incomplete or unsigned by Bee Organized, the operating territory will be determined by Bee Organized in its reasonable business judgment.
Schedule 2 is the Franchise Fee Acknowledgment, which confirms the agreed-upon franchise fee and may specify additional territories and their associated costs. Schedule 3 is the Statement of Franchisee's Owners, which identifies all owners of the franchisee entity, their ownership percentages, and the designated Managing Owner.
Exhibit 1 is the Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty, requiring the franchisee's owners and their spouses to personally guarantee the franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, the Assignment of Telephone Numbers and Digital Media Accounts agreement is attached as Exhibit 3.
