What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the royalty fee is paid monthly as designated by the franchisor. The royalty fee will be automatically debited from the franchisee's bank account through ACH or other means designated by Bee Organized. Franchisees are required to deposit the gross sales of their Bee Organized business into designated bank accounts that are subject to ACH authorization.
Bee Organized requires franchisees to install and use pre-authorized payment, point of sale, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit, and/or electronic funds transfer systems that they designate. Franchisees are responsible for paying all service charges and fees charged by their bank to allow Bee Organized to electronically debit their account.
The royalty fee is the greater of 8% of monthly gross sales or the minimum monthly royalty fee requirement. The minimum monthly royalty fee requirement depends on the number of territories within the operating territory.
