What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Royalty Fee is due monthly as designated by Bee Organized. The Royalty Fee is the greater of 8% of Gross Sales or the Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement. Payment will be automatically debited from the franchisee's bank account by ACH or other means designated by Bee Organized.

Bee Organized requires franchisees to deposit Gross Sales into designated bank accounts that are subject to their ACH authorization. Franchisees must also install and use pre-authorized payment, point of sale, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit, and/or electronic funds transfer systems that Bee Organized designates. Franchisees are responsible for paying all service charges and fees charged by their bank for these electronic debits.

The Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement is not imposed during the initial six-month period following the opening of the Bee Organized business. The amount of the Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement depends on the number of territories within the Operating Territory. For example, if a Bee Organized business operates in three territories during its second year, the Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement is $800 per territory per month.

During any renewal term, the Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement will not be less than the requirement applicable during years 7 to 10. Bee Organized can increase the Minimum Monthly Royalty Fee Requirement during the renewal term, but the increase cannot exceed 10% per annum within each calendar year of any renewal term.
