- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our training facility located in Overland Park, Kansas and at the certified training Bee Organized Business that we may designate in the future, and also virtually as designated by us. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $250 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. - Administration of Marketing Funds We may administer and manage System-wide marketing funds comprised of a Brand Development Fund and/or advertising cooperative. (Franchise Agreement, Article 9);

- Hiring and Training of Employees We do not provide assistance with the hiring and training of your employees. You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of your employees. For the protection of the System, you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with our approved System branded apparel and uniforms including, but not limited to, the apparel and uniforms comprising System Supplies. You must monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals; and

- Pricing Except as to national, regional and corporate accounts that we may negotiate, you will exclusively determine the prices that you charge for the Approved Services and Products served and sold by your Bee Organized Business.

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operating Manager is a key role within a franchise, particularly if the franchisee is a corporation. The Operating Manager is required to complete the initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction. If a franchisee needs to replace their Operating Manager, Bee Organized offers initial training to the replacement, though the franchisee must pay a supplemental training fee, currently $250 per manager per day.

This training takes place over approximately three days at the training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, with additional virtual training as designated by Bee Organized. The franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to the attendance and completion of training.
