What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized retains the authority to modify and update its confidential and proprietary manuals. Franchisees are obligated to operate their Bee Organized business in accordance with these manuals, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. The operations manual, as of the issuance date of the FDD, comprises 116 pages, with its table of contents included as Exhibit C.
This provision is standard in franchising, allowing Bee Organized to adapt its system to changing market conditions, new technologies, and evolving best practices. These modifications can cover various aspects of the business, including establishing, developing, marketing, and operating the franchised business.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the operational guidelines and standards are subject to change during the franchise term.
