What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized reserves the right to implement a contact center in the future. This contact center could be directed by Bee Organized, its affiliates, or its designees.
If Bee Organized chooses to implement a contact center, it will be for an additional cost to the franchisee. Participation in the contact center will be on an opt-in basis, meaning franchisees will have the choice to use the service or not.
This clause gives Bee Organized flexibility in how it supports its franchisees. While not currently required, a contact center could provide benefits such as centralized customer service, appointment scheduling, or lead generation. However, franchisees should consider the potential costs and benefits before opting in, as well as inquire about the specific services and pricing that would be offered through the contact center.
