What are the requirements for a Bee Organized Operating Manager to complete the initial training program?

If this is your first Bee Organized Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus one designated manager. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Bee Organized Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate three day period on site at our designated training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and additional training will take place virtually as designated by us. If more than two individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional persons attending initial training. Although we provide you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, with initial training at no additional fee or charge, you will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. According to the 2025 Bee Organized Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager must attend and complete the initial training program no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Bee Organized Business. The Operating Manager must complete the initial training program to Bee Organized's satisfaction. The initial training program takes place over an approximate three-day period on-site at Bee Organized's designated training facility in Overland Park, Kansas, with additional training taking place virtually as designated by them.
The initial training program includes instructional materials such as manuals, live instruction, and handouts. The training will be conducted under the direction and supervision of Kristen Christian, the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, Lisa Foley, the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and Leslie Mullins, the Chief Operating Officer.
The initial training program consists of a pre-training online course called Colony College Prep Course (CCPC) which takes approximately 20 hours. The Colony College (CC) training program takes approximately 18 hours of classroom training and 6 hours of on-the-job training in Overland Park, Kansas. The Pre Flight Program takes approximately 10 hours in Overland Park, Kansas. The total training time is 54 hours.
