- Supplemental Training We may require that you and your Operating Manager participate in supplemental onsite training that we may designate and require in our discretion. If you are not meeting what we believe to be System performance standards, we may provide, in our discretion, supplemental training on-site within your Operating Territory. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, both the franchisee and their Operating Manager may be required to participate in supplemental on-site training. This training is designated and required at Bee Organized's discretion.
This supplemental training may be provided if Bee Organized believes that the franchisee is not meeting System performance standards. The training would be conducted on-site within the franchisee's Operating Territory.
The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this training. These costs include Bee Organized's then-current supplemental training fee, which is currently $500 per on-site trainer per day, as well as travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Bee Organized.
