What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, "System Supplies" are defined as the equipment and supplies that the franchisor designates as required for use in connection with the franchisee's Bee Organized business and the approved services and products. These supplies include System branded, non-branded, and third-party branded equipment and supplies that Bee Organized designates for the day-to-day operations of the franchisee's business.
Specifically, System Supplies encompass a range of items such as home organization solutions, products, supplies, software and technology systems, vehicles, materials, and uniforms. These supplies are detailed in the Operations Manual or in writing and may be modified or supplemented by Bee Organized over time. Additionally, System Supplies include products that Bee Organized authorizes for sale to clients of the franchisee's Bee Organized business.
The FDD states that franchisees must exclusively purchase and use System Supplies in the operation of their franchised business. These supplies must be purchased from suppliers and vendors designated by Bee Organized. Control over the nature, quality, branding, and source of System Supplies is critical to the Bee Organized system. Franchisees are required to purchase and use only the System Supplies designated by Bee Organized from approved suppliers, irrespective of the availability of substitute products or alternative sources. In many instances, Bee Organized and/or its affiliates may be the sole and exclusive supplier of System Supplies.
Furthermore, Bee Organized franchisees must exclusively use the Business Management System designated by Bee Organized, which may be modified or replaced over time. Franchisees are responsible for purchasing, licensing, and maintaining the Business Management System from Bee Organized or third-party suppliers designated by Bee Organized. Bee Organized may require that the franchisee's license and use of the Business Management System occur through accounts registered to or controlled by Bee Organized. Franchisees must provide Bee Organized with unlimited and uninterrupted direct internet-based or remote access to the Business Management Systems and are responsible for all associated fees, including initial and ongoing license fees.
