What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for ensuring that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel. These uniforms must adhere to Bee Organized's standards. The branded apparel and uniforms are considered System Supplies, and franchisees must ensure these supplies are prepared and maintained according to the standards outlined in the System's manuals.

This requirement means that franchisees must actively monitor their employees to ensure they are always in the correct, approved uniforms. This includes purchasing the uniforms from approved suppliers, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the uniforms, and enforcing the uniform policy among staff. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with providing and maintaining these uniforms.

This is a fairly standard requirement in franchising, as uniform standards help maintain brand consistency and recognition. For a prospective Bee Organized franchisee, this means budgeting for the initial purchase of uniforms and ongoing replacement costs due to wear and tear or employee turnover. It also highlights the importance of adhering to the franchisor's guidelines to maintain the brand's image and standards.
