What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized, in its Reasonable Business Judgment, reserves the right to reject or approve any request by a franchisee for Supplemental Training. This means that while franchisees can request additional training, Bee Organized has the final say in whether or not that training will be provided.

If Bee Organized does agree to offer Supplemental Training, the franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee. This fee is currently set at $500 per trainer per day, and the franchisee must also reimburse Bee Organized for any travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by the trainer. These Supplemental Training Fees must be pre-paid in advance of the training, after Bee Organized submits an invoice to the franchisee.

Bee Organized also maintains the right to require a franchisee or their Operating Manager to participate in and successfully complete Supplemental Training if Bee Organized determines, in its Reasonable Business Judgment, that the franchisee is not meeting operational standards or when a new Operating Manager is hired. Furthermore, Bee Organized must approve all individuals attending and participating in both the initial Training Program and any Supplemental Training programs.
