What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee varies depending on the number of territories a franchisee purchases. For a single territory, the initial franchise fee is $28,500. However, if a franchisee chooses to expand their operating territory by adding more territories, the initial franchise fee will range from $48,000 for two territories to $192,000 for a total of 12 territories.
This fee is paid in a lump sum when the Franchise Agreement is signed. It's important to note that all fees are non-refundable, and Bee Organized does not offer financing for any portion of the initial fees. This means prospective franchisees must have the full amount of the initial franchise fee available at the time of signing the agreement.
The initial franchise fee provides the franchisee with the right to operate a Bee Organized business within the designated territory. This fee is separate from other startup costs, such as construction, inventory, and marketing expenses, which are detailed elsewhere in the FDD. Franchisees should carefully consider the number of territories they wish to operate in, as this decision significantly impacts the initial investment required.
Prospective franchisees should also inquire about the criteria for selecting territories and the availability of territories in their desired locations. Understanding the growth potential and demographics of each territory is crucial for making an informed decision about the number of territories to acquire.
