What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bee Organized Franchise Disclosure Document, "Advertising Contributions" encompass all financial obligations a franchisee has to contribute to advertising fees. These fees are paid to Bee Organized, its affiliates, or designees, as outlined in the agreement. This includes Brand Development Fund fees and Advertising Cooperative contributions.

Bee Organized franchisees may be required to participate in a local or regional advertising cooperative if one is established in their area. If a franchisee's Bee Organized business or operating territory falls within the geographic area of an Advertising Cooperative, they must participate in and contribute to it. These Advertising Cooperatives are organized for the exclusive purpose of administering marketing programs and developing media for use by members in local or regional marketing efforts, all subject to Bee Organized's review and approval.

The franchisee's contributions to the Advertising Cooperative are determined and required by the cooperative itself. However, the franchisee's contributions to the Advertising Cooperative will not exceed the franchisee's local minimum marketing obligations. All contributions to the Advertising Cooperative are maintained and administered according to the documents governing the Advertising Cooperative, and the cooperative operates solely to collect and spend fees for the purposes outlined in the agreement.
