What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Administrative Office serves as the central hub for establishing, operating, and managing a Bee Organized Business. It is the location from which the franchisee conducts the administrative tasks necessary to run the business.
The FDD specifies that the franchisee must operate the Bee Organized franchise from an Administrative Office that adheres to Bee Organized's standards and specifications, as detailed in the Operations Manual. The location of the Administrative Office requires written approval from Bee Organized. The Administrative Office should not be accessible to the public or clients. However, if local laws and zoning regulations permit, a franchisee can designate their personal residence as the Administrative Office, pending independent verification of legality by the franchisee. Otherwise, the Administrative Office must be a commercial location within the Operating Territory.
Bee Organized will provide preliminary plans and specifications for an Administrative Office, if applicable. The franchisee is responsible for identifying and evaluating a suitable location, ensuring it meets Bee Organized's standards, and presenting it for approval. The franchisee must secure the approved Administrative Office within 60 days of the agreement's effective date, typically through a lease matching the agreement's term. If a franchisee's agreement with Bee Organized is terminated, the franchisee must modify and alter their former Bee Organized Business, Franchisee's former Bee Organized Administrative Office, and Franchisee's Administrative Office, as reasonably necessary or otherwise required by Bee Organized, to ensure that Franchisee's Administrative Office has been completely de-identified and differentiated from its former appearance to prevent any confusion by the public as to the continued existence of a Bee Organized Business at your Administrative Office.
