What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized Enterprises, LLC operates the Bee Organized franchise system and grants franchises to third parties. These franchisees develop and operate a Bee Organized Business, which provides home and business organization services, life transition and moving assistance, and related concierge services. These services are referred to as the "Approved Services and Products".
Bee Organized requires franchisees to exclusively use certain designated home organization solutions, products, supplies, software, technology systems, warranties, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, and materials, which are referred to as "System Supplies." Franchisees must operate their Bee Organized Business in accordance with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements outlined in the confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals.
In practical terms, this means a Bee Organized franchisee will offer organization and concierge services to clients at their homes or designated locations within a specific operating territory. The franchisee must adhere to Bee Organized's standards for service delivery, marketing, and sales, and use only approved supplies and products. While franchisees can initially operate administratively from a home-based office, they may need to lease a commercial storage unit and, as the business grows, a non-retail commercial facility to manage supplies, employees, and service visits.
