This includes expenses incurred by both the franchisee and their employees. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, lodging, meals, salaries, and any other wages.

Bee Organized may offer supplemental training, either within the franchisee's operating territory or remotely via online web-based conferencing. However, this supplemental training is subject to Bee Organized's approval. If Bee Organized agrees to provide supplemental training, the franchisee must pay a supplemental training fee of $500 per trainer per day. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Bee Organized for any travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by the franchisor.

Bee Organized reserves the right to require the franchisee or their operating manager to participate in and successfully complete supplemental training if they deem it necessary to meet operational standards or when a new operating manager is hired. The franchisee must prepay these supplemental training fees upon receiving an invoice from Bee Organized. Furthermore, Bee Organized retains the right to approve all individuals attending and participating in both the initial Training Program and any Supplemental Training programs.

In the event of the death or permanent disability of a franchisee (if an individual) or the managing owner (if a corporate entity), a replacement must be appointed and complete the Training Program within a specified timeframe. If the Bee Organized business is not managed by an approved manager within 30 days, Bee Organized can appoint a manager at the franchisee's expense until a permanent replacement is found. The franchisee remains responsible for all debts, losses, costs, and expenses incurred during this period, and Bee Organized has the right to charge a reasonable fee for these management services.
