What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, multi-territory discounts are available. The initial franchise fee for a single territory is $28,500. However, when purchasing additional territories, the subsequent territory fees are discounted. For example, purchasing two territories results in a cumulative fee of $48,000, with the second territory costing $19,500.
The discount structure continues as more territories are added. Three territories cost a cumulative $66,000 (with the third territory costing $18,000), four territories cost $82,500 (with the fourth costing $16,500), and five territories cost $97,500 (with the fifth costing $15,000). The discount per territory decreases to $13,500 for each additional territory from the sixth through the twelfth. The cumulative fee for twelve territories is $192,000.
Bee Organized stipulates that these multi-territory discounts are subject to market type, availability, and the company's discretion. The discounts also apply if a franchisee elects to enter into multiple Franchise Agreements, provided those agreements are signed at the same time.
