What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized will provide franchisees with a list of approved vendors and suppliers for Approved Services and Products and the System Supplies. Bee Organized will also provide a list of approved suppliers and distributors, to the extent that they have designated them, either as part of the Manuals or otherwise in writing.
This means that franchisees are generally required to purchase certain goods, products, and supplies from vendors that Bee Organized has pre-approved. This is a common practice in franchising that allows the franchisor to maintain quality control and consistency across all franchise locations.
For a prospective Bee Organized franchisee, this means they will not be able to choose their own suppliers for certain essential items. While this limits a franchisee's autonomy, it also ensures they are receiving products that meet Bee Organized's standards. It is important for a prospective franchisee to review the list of approved vendors and understand the pricing and terms associated with these suppliers to assess the potential impact on their business's profitability.
