What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a previously approved supplier's standards fall below Bee Organized's designated standards, Bee Organized will revoke its approval of that supplier. Bee Organized will notify franchisees in writing if such an approval is revoked.
This is a fairly standard practice in franchising. Franchisors typically maintain control over their brand standards by requiring franchisees to purchase goods and services from approved suppliers. This ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations. The written notification provides a clear record for the franchisee, ensuring they are aware of the change and can adjust their purchasing accordingly.
It is important for prospective Bee Organized franchisees to understand the implications of these supplier restrictions. They must be prepared to switch suppliers if Bee Organized revokes approval of a previously approved vendor. While this protects brand standards, it could also potentially impact a franchisee's costs or operations if a preferred supplier is no longer approved.
