What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized has the authority to update and modify the System requirements for franchisees. This includes the standards, procedures and System requirements related to the operation of a Bee Organized Business. These modifications can include, but are not limited to, Approved Services and Products, System Supplies, and marketing and promotion standards. These modifications, supplements, and amendments will be communicated through the Manuals.

This means that as a Bee Organized franchisee, you must stay informed of any changes to the operating standards, as Bee Organized retains the discretion to make these changes. It is important to regularly review the Manuals and any communications from Bee Organized to ensure compliance with the most current System requirements. Failure to comply with these updated standards could potentially result in a breach of the franchise agreement.

Many franchise systems retain the right to modify their operating standards and systems to adapt to changing market conditions, improve efficiency, or maintain brand consistency. It is a common practice that allows franchisors to protect the brand and ensure a consistent customer experience across all locations. Franchisees should maintain open communication with the franchisor to understand the reasons behind any changes and how they will impact their business operations.
