Can Bee Organized modify or replace the designated Business Management System?

According to Bee Organized's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bee Organized retains the right to modify or replace the designated Business Management Systems. The Business Management System encompasses the software, internet, web-based, and/or cloud-based systems, including point-of-sale and customer relationship management systems, that Bee Organized deems necessary for the franchised business. These systems are essential for day-to-day sales, ordering, operations, and management.

This means that as a franchisee, you must use the Business Management System that Bee Organized designates. Bee Organized has the authority to change these systems as it sees fit, based on its reasonable business judgment. This includes the ability to designate alternative systems.

The Business Management System may include various components such as on-site point-of-sale systems at the administrative office, portable tablet or computer systems for providing services to clients, web-based customer ordering systems, and client membership and rewards systems. Bee Organized also maintains direct live access and storage-based access to the Business Management System and the franchisee's Business Management System Data.
